We take pride in the quality of our products. As all items are limited edition and made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at chris.southbridgerugby@xtra.co.nz. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

No Change-of-Mind Returns

Please choose carefully. We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or personal preference.
